Use music to manage depression and stress

KUCHING: Malaysian Society for Music and Medicine (MSMM) is embarking on a mission to use the tool of the century – music – to help individuals suffering from depression and to manage stress. Parents of special needs children can use therapeutic music to help them learn and function. Speakers from the United States and Malaysia will speak to youths and people with mental health problems on March 11 and 12 at the Islamic Information Centre (IIC).
